You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Eknoc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Eknoc offers multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Ultra) with varying features and usage limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your chosen billing cycle).
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

The Service, including its design, features, content, algorithms, and underlying technology, is owned by Eknoc and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Data generated through the Service (scores, analyses, action plans) may be used by you for your internal business purposes only.
While we strive for high accuracy in our data and AI-generated insights, the Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Business data, scores, and recommendations should be used as supplementary information and not as the sole basis for business decisions. Eknoc does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eknoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Eknoc in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eknoc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that may affect their use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account data after a 30-day grace period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
